Instead of sifting through slides or long-winded lectures, we dive straight into the source code from day one. It's a focused, practical learning experience built for developers who learn by doing. Here's a broad outline of the five-day training curriculum:

  • Session 1: EF Core Models, Repositories, and Data Access
  • Session 2: Web APIs -- Controller-Based and Minimal
  • Session 3: Token-Based Authentication, Swagger UI, and Scalar UI
  • Session 4: Blazor Hosting Models -- Server and WebAssembly (WASM)
  • Session 5: Building Data Entry Forms and Deploying Blazor Apps

This course is intended for beginners who want to quickly familiarize themselves with Web API and Blazor. A foundational understanding of C#, HTML, and SQL Server is recommended. Familiarity with how web applications work will also be helpful. This course uses Visual Studio Code, .NET 8, and SQL Server with Management Studio for development. Training sessions are conducted using Microsoft Teams audio calls and screen sharing. So, you should be having all these software installed on your machine.
